We guarantee your satisfaction with our translation services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, we will work with you to resolve any issues through our revision process before considering refund options.
2. Revision Policy
2.1 Free Revisions
- Unlimited revisions within 30 days of delivery (7 days for rush projects)
- Revisions for translation errors or omissions at no charge
- Corrections based on source material inaccuracies we missed
- Style and terminology adjustments within reason
2.2 Revision Limitations
Revisions are not provided for:
- Changes to source material after project acceptance
- Different style preferences not specified initially
- Changes in project scope or requirements
- Personal preference variations not based on errors
3. Refund Eligibility
Full or partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Failure
- Complete failure to deliver the project
- Delivery significantly beyond agreed timeline without acceptable cause
- Fundamental quality issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
- Wrong language delivery that cannot be corrected
3.2 Client Cancellation
- Before work begins: Full refund minus payment processing fees
- Work in progress: Partial refund for incomplete portions
- After completion: No refund unless service failure criteria are met
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances:
- Client dissatisfaction with accurate translations
- Changes in client requirements after project acceptance
- Disagreements about cultural interpretation choices
- Client's failure to provide necessary project information
- Completed certified translations (due to official nature)
- Rush projects delivered on time and within specifications
5. Refund Process
5.1 Request Procedure
- Contact us within 30 days of project delivery
- Provide detailed explanation of issues encountered
- Allow opportunity for revision or correction
- Formal refund request if issues cannot be resolved
5.2 Processing Timeline
- Refund requests reviewed within 5 business days
- Decision communicated in writing
- Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered when:
- Only portions of a project are affected by quality issues
- Work was partially completed before cancellation
- Minor issues affect overall project value
- Mutually agreed resolution involves partial compensation
7. Certified Translation Refunds
Certified translations have special refund considerations:
- No refunds after official certification is applied
- Refunds possible before certification for quality issues
- Replacement certified translations may be provided instead of refunds
- Certification fees are non-refundable once applied
8. Force Majeure and Delays
In cases of delays due to circumstances beyond our control:
- No refunds for delays caused by force majeure events
- Alternative delivery arrangements will be offered
- Expedited delivery at no extra charge when possible
- Partial refunds considered for significant delays affecting business needs
