Google Ads Policy Compliance

Hemirayt Translation Services maintains full compliance with Google Ads policies. We provide accurate, truthful information about our services without misleading claims or exaggerated promises. All pricing and service descriptions are based on actual capabilities and standard industry practices.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Hemirayt Translation Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Hemirayt Translation Services provides professional translation, interpretation, and related linguistic services including but not limited to:

  • Document translation
  • Legal translation
  • Medical translation
  • Business translation
  • Certified translation
  • Technical translation
  • Website localization

3. Service Agreement and Project Acceptance

A binding agreement is formed when:

  • You submit a translation request
  • We provide a written quote
  • You accept the quote in writing or by payment
  • We confirm project acceptance

All projects are subject to our availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is outside our scope of expertise or violates our policies.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Pricing is based on source text word count, complexity, language pair, and timeline
  • Document translation starts from $39 per page for standard documents
  • Rush services incur additional charges as specified in individual quotes
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future projects

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • Rush projects require 50% payment upfront
  • Projects over $1,000 CAD may require 50% deposit
  • Late payment may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
  • All applicable taxes are additional

5. Delivery and Timeline

We make every effort to meet agreed delivery deadlines. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Complexity of source material
  • Unavailability of specialized translators
  • Client delays in providing necessary materials or clarifications
  • Technical difficulties or force majeure events

We will notify clients promptly of any potential delays and work to minimize impact.

6. Quality Assurance and Revisions

6.1 Quality Standards

All translations undergo our standard quality assurance process including proofreading by native speakers and subject matter experts where applicable.

6.2 Revisions

  • Minor revisions are provided free of charge within 30 days of delivery
  • Revisions must be based on errors in translation, not changes to source material
  • Extensive revisions or changes to project scope may incur additional charges
  • Rush projects have a 7-day revision window

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, legible source materials
  • Specifying target audience, intended use, and any special requirements
  • Providing reference materials, glossaries, or style guides when applicable
  • Responding promptly to requests for clarification
  • Ensuring they have the right to translate the provided materials
  • Making payment according to agreed terms

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials and information. All translators and staff sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data and documents.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain all rights to source materials and translated content
  • We do not claim ownership of translated materials
  • Clients warrant they have the right to translate the provided materials
  • Our translation methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
  • Damages resulting from client's use of translated materials
  • Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete source materials

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed to the date of termination
  • We deliver any completed portions of the work
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings will take place in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

15. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
