2. Policy Agreement

A binding insurance agreement is formed when:

• You submit an insurance application
• We provide a written quote
• You accept the quote and make payment
• Your application is approved

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

• All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Premiums based on risk assessment and coverage level
• Rates subject to change based on risk factors
• Additional fees may apply for certain coverage options

3.2 Payment Terms

• Monthly, quarterly, or annual payment options
• First premium due before coverage begins
• Late payments may result in coverage lapse
• All applicable taxes additional

4. Coverage and Claims

Coverage terms are specified in your policy documents. Claims must be filed within the timeframes specified in your policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your policy at any time
• Refunds calculated on a pro-rata basis
• 30-day notice recommended
• Administrative fees may apply
